Diana is a Vedic Educator with certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health. Diana is also a member of Yoga Alliance and has completed Trauma-Conscious Yoga Training with Connected Warriors.

Formerly in the computer industry, Diana began her quest for healthier living in 2012.  Having seen first-hand the health benefits of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, she came to the realization that her purpose in life was to teach others to heal themselves.  With her gentle easy approach to instruction mixed with the flare for fun and soulfulness, Diana uses her full palette of knowledge and skills to creatively present these ancient healing practices. From the experienced yogi to beginner, she offers her students a clearer pathway to more radiant well-being - an unending process of self-discovery and self-transformation.

Besides conducting meditation and yoga classes and workshops in and around San Diego, you may find Diana leading Yoga, guiding Group Meditation, or teaching mantras. She also leads seated yoga classes for our vets at the La Jolla VA Hospital.
