Don't miss this 2-hour interactive lecture to learn about the healing system of Ayurveda and an intro on how to meditate and how meditation benefits your health.

Ayurveda is one of the original preventative health systems in the world, and is an age-old guide for a life of health, happiness, vitality, love and purpose. From the Ayurvedic perspective, human beings are not perceived as mere thinking physical machines, but rather as fields of intelligence in constant exchange with the energy and information of their environment. A human being's health is determined by a state of vibrant balance in which all the layers of one’s life are integrated.

Both meditation and yoga are practices used in Ayurveda and their principles are integral to a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Explore more in this 2-hour intro!

Testimonials

"Brie's compassion shines through her teaching."
--Jason Beever (San Diego, CA)

"Brie creates an inviting, comfortable environment no matter where you are in your practice. She helps her students connect with the mind, body, and soul."
--Tara Laptew (Washington, DC)

"Brie Schwartz is an incredibly patient, present, and gentle teacher. When introducing challenging concepts or poses, as in a yoga practice, she is excellent at being with the student where they are in their understanding, and helps guide them to a sense of mastery. She creates a non-judgmental and safe space for learning, as at times being the student is a vulnerable position in which to be. She extends herself beyond her teaching in availability to her clients, should they have further questions. Working with Brie is a very positive and even healing experience."
--Erin Selover (Chicago, IL)
