I believe that obstacles in our work and life create opportunities for growth. Studying the ancient Vedic wisdom with the Chopra Center has been life transforming for me both personally and professionally.
My daily meditation, breathing and yoga practice has brought more contentment, more peace of mind, more compassion and more joy in each day. When I started to live an Ayurvedic lifestyle, I understood the healing power of Nature and life started to flow.

As a professional in Physical Education, Personal Training and Pilates, I have coached adults and children privately or in groups for over 30 years. I am now incorporating meditation teaching, Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling and yoga in my work. I also lead tours and retreats to Bhutan and Nepal and integrate teachings into them.

I grew up in France but call Aspen home. Nature feeds my soul, whether I am enjoying outdoors, photographing or simply BEING in nature.  I love transmitting ancient wisdom, inspire, help people choose a healthy lifestyle and thrive towards their highest potential.
