Hello and thanks for visiting, I am a Chopra Center Vedic Master, which means that I am certified to teach all three branches of the Chopra Center's Teacher Path: The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Perfect Health (Ayurveda). To add to my area of expertise, I have also received training from Beryl Bender Birch, Tim Miller and currently studying with Jody Manley who is the most senior Ashtanga yoga teacher east of Montreal. Currently residing in Nauwigewauk, New Brunswick just outside Saint John, I teach a variety of yoga classes, meditation courses and ayurvedic lifesyle programs at our beautiful studio.
