Hello! Before training with the Chopra centre I was a Company Director and strategic partner to multinational retailers. I bring my knowledge of the corporate world and marry it with my Chopra wisdom of meditation and wellbeing to deliver programmes that are  highly effective for modern life. I am also a certified Life Coach.  

With my Chopra work I have trained and facilitated workshops and seminars for government bodies and global corporations. I have integrated the Chopra teachings into my own life to bring about massive changes. As a result, I have become a published author of, The Lingerie Designer as a result of winning a Write a Best Seller competition with TV3. I am also currently shortlisted for an Irish Book Award as Best Newcomer 2011. All these positive changes manifested within eight months of attending Synchrodestiny.

Although based in Dublin, I am available for seminars nationwide. I look forward to hearing from you.
