Sally is a licensed clinical social worker who has studied and practiced meditation for 25 years. She has a counseling practice and has worked extensively with individuals suffering from PTSD. As a therapist she found the benefits of mindfulness a key to healing and incorporated meditation techniques into her work in the 80's. Currently she teaches workshops and retreats for caregivers and individuals in transition to assist them in learning primordial sound meditation and incorporate the stillness into their everyday lives.
