As a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, an educator for over 20 years and a Spanish speaker, Mary has found that Ayurveda beautifully combines her passions of food and nutrition, spiritual growth and teaching. Mary is a resident of Greenwich, Connecticut and Bozeman, Montana. She holds a MBA from The Thunderbird Graduate School of International Business and has both worked and brought up a family in Australia, the Dominican Republic, Spain and Mexico. She brings a broad perspective to her work and an energetic willingness to share her knowledge.
