What Inspires Me?
What inspires me most as a teacher are the "aha" moments I see in a students eyes and face. What inspires me daily is the spiritual connection I receive through the daily practice of meditation.
My Favorite Quote:
" And how shall you rise beyond your days and nights unless you break the chains which you at the dawn of your understanding have fastened around your noon hour?" Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet.

More about me:
The Perfect Health course on Ayurveda has greatly changed and improved my life. I have a refreshing new perspective of wholeness, self-empowerment, enrichment and wellness.

I practice yoga three times per week and meditation daily which rejuvenates and restores my body, mind and spirit. I am consciously aware of and appreciate the food that nourishes my body.  Each evening I enjoy a gentle massage with my abyanga oil and then a delightful aromatherapy bath. My relationships have improved, I sleep better and I am much more at peace with myself.  My outlook and perspective on life as well as my consciousness are changing on a daily basis.   I feel more balanced in all aspects of my life: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I was honored and humble when the Chopra Center’s Newsletter, Namaste’, featured me in their July 2008 issue as the “Featured Teacher.”  Please visit the archives of the Namaste’ newsletter for the article.

Private instructions as well as classes are available for all three courses: Primordial Sound Meditation, Perfect Health and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.
