Kelly has been practicing massage therapy, Ayurvedic health & wellness and meditation since 1993. Combining a variety of bodywork modalities with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda she enables the body and mind to find its own balance.  When we have balance in our lives we naturally gravitate towards choices that will enhance our physical and emotional wellbeing.  Our conscious choices enliven the nourishing connection between mind, body and spirit.

For 6 years, Kelly was the lead Ayurvedic therapist and an educator at the Chopra Center for Well Being in Carlsbad, CA.  She is a certified Perfect Health, Primordial Sound Meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instructor who continues to teach at the Chopra Center as well as locally in the Palm Springs area at Abundant Health Wellness Center.
