Greetings and thank you for visiting my page….It is my sincerest wish to connect and serve if you are in my teaching area. I have been a health practitioner for over 25 years. My background was in psychiatric nursing along with over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical research industry. I have been a guest on radio talk shows and I write and speak about spirituality as it relates to health and well-being in addition to various topics on prevention and complementary medicine. I have completed advanced studies in Metaphysics, Divinity, Holistic Health, and Ayurveda which has given me a well-rounded perspective on health, healing and its intimate relationship to spirituality. I was ordained an Interfaith Minister in December 2002, and I continue to deepen my understanding and experience of these topics with continuing education through The Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California under the inspired direction of Doctors Deepak Chopra and David Simon.
