Helen’s intention as the Abundance Mentor for Life is to assist individuals on their journey to empowerment while creating abundance and balance in every aspect of your Life.

She facilitates a successful teleconference program call “Zero to Abundance in 77 Days!”  The purpose of this program is to inspire and empower individuals on their journey to uncovering their purpose, vision and values using the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra, ultimately leading to living a life filled with purpose, passion and wonder. She is also a Certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor through the Chopra Center. Helen taught teens the subtle shifts and gifts by using the practice of meditation at the Omega Institute. She has provided Financial Services to hundreds of individuals and businesses for the past 30 years.
Helen has helped individuals and companies find Balance and Abundance through her custom designed workshops, seminars and public speaking appearances.

Her list of appearances includes Lehigh University, The Executive Women’s Council, The PA State Education Association of Administrators, The Philadelphia Chapter of the IAFP and many others.
