Catherine Sahley  works as an environmentalist and yoga instructor.  She is Founder and Executive Director of the Peruvian non-profit organization CONATURA, which is dedicated to conserving Peru's natural resources and providing education and sustainable livelihoods for local and indigenous Peruvian communities. She is convinced that positive environmental change occurs through education and consciousness raising.  She is certified to teach Perfect Health, Primordial Sound Meditation, and 7 Spiritual Laws of Yoga.  She teaches classes and workshops nationally and internationally. She is currently teaching in Cleveland, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, and Lima, Peru. She teaches in English and Spanish in private, groups, and corporate settings
