I am a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, the Canadian Band Association and the Ontario Band Association.I teach music at a performing arts high school where I also instruct teenagers to live more consciously through meditation. I was inspired at the recent Renewal Weekend in Toronto, to start a free monthly meditation and discussion group in a central location in Toronto. This group is for people interested in learning Primordial Sound Meditation, and also for experienced meditators who would like to strengthen and enrich their practice with the support of a group.
